{H} Bane of Zalsaram (Elemental domain): The shards of Zalsaram are a heretical scourge upon the Playground that must be purged without pity or remorse.
{O} Purge the Heretics: Those who wish to resurrect Zalsaram are guilty of heresy. Heretics only deserve one fate.
{O} Unrelenting Persecution: A being of metal, Isstus will not rest until all heretics are disposed of.
{O} Isstus’ Judgment: Either you are with Isstus in stopping Zalsaram, or you are a heretic. There is, nor can there be any exception.


Brief Story: Following Kryokoli’s revelation of the Cult of the Beast, the Elder gods got together and agreed that drastic measures must be taken for the good of the Playground. Considering the secrecy with which the Cult of the Beast has established, it was decided that an agent was required to root out the servants of the gods who would bring destruction upon the Playground by bringing back Zaslaram.

For that reason, it was decided that the Visionary (or perhaps Kethneciel) would form the epitome of perfection as foreseen by the Visionary. That perfection is Isstus. A unit granted divine powers for a single purpose: to root out the Heresy which is Zalsaram upon the Playground.

Isstus considers the perfection of the Playground that the Visionary foresaw as the Divine Mandate. All actions must lead towards Perfection, and that which stands in its way is the ultimate form of Heresy: Zalsaram and its shards. For Perfection to be achieved, the Heresy must not only be thwarted, but completely eliminated. The Shards of Zalsaram who follow in tow to Isstus’ Inquisition will be absolved of the sin of sharing Zalsaram’s legacy. For those who oppose Isstus, regardless of their legacy, there is only one fate: Extermination.

To that end, Isstus and its creations will oppose the forces of the heresy with single-minded determination. They will not allow the heretics time to rest, they will show no mercy and expect none in return. All must fall according to the Visionary’s plan in order to achieve Perfection.
